How much does it cost?
CarePilot is free for patients to download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Physicians, please contact us regarding pricing information for OncoPilot.
What kind of customer support do you offer?

How secure is my data on your platform?
Identifiable factors (ex. full name, birthday, address, phone number, etc.) found within your medical chart are removed from your medical chart before being encrypted and stored on HIPAA compliant servers. Please reviews our Terms of Services for further questions.
How often do you update the medical references?
The medical studies that are cited in the treatment recommendation are updated live. The American Association of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the National Comprehensive Care Network (NCCN) guidelines are updated manually once they are published with their respective organizations.
Can I receive answers to non-cancer related questions?
Yes! As long as your question is medical in nature, our chatbot can provide you with answers you can trust.
